These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Service and constitute the entire agreement between you and iZONE Labs regarding your use of the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

You represent that you are at least the age required to consent to online services in your jurisdiction and, where no higher age applies, at least 13 years old. Certain features, including advertising personalization, may be unavailable to users under 18.

All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, course materials, roadmaps, cheatsheets, logos, and tool interfaces — is the property of iZONE Labs or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our free content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or redistribute any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us regarding the Service may be used by iZONE Labs without any obligation to compensate you.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by iZONE Labs. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

We strongly advise you to review the terms and privacy policy of any third-party website or service you visit. This includes Google services used on our Website, such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense, which may collect or process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. iZONE Labs shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any third-party content, goods, or services.

The Service may also display or link to content from third-party social media platforms. Such platforms are not owned or controlled by iZONE Labs, and your use of them is governed solely by their own terms and privacy policies.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Service and to improve content, performance, and user experience. We use Google AdSense to display and measure advertisements on the Service.

Google and its partners may use cookies, IP addresses, device identifiers, web beacons, and similar technologies to deliver, measure, and improve ads and analytics. We determine whether a consent prompt is required based on your approximate location, detected via Cloudflare's IP geolocation service. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you will also benefit from any mandatory protections afforded by the laws of your country of residence that cannot be overridden by contract. Similarly, consumers in Brazil, South Korea, and Japan retain any non-waivable rights granted under their applicable local laws.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law set out in Section 10.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new Terms take effect — either by email or via a prominent notice on the Service.

By continuing to access or use the Service after revised Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.
